Safety features and an advanced high-strength bodyshell
- Sophisticated safety features ensures good crash protection
- All-new bodyshell with 75% advanced high-tensile steel
- Nine advanced active and passive safety technologies available with All-New H350
Drivers and passengers will benefit from a range of nine advanced active and passive safety technologies available with All-New H350.
The Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) system combines high-tech, automatic ‘active safety’ driving aids including, Roll Over Mitigation (ROM) to minimise the chance of over-turning; engine Drag Control (EDC) to prevent rear axle locking during engine braking; Hill-Start Assist Control (HAC), which prevents ‘roll back’; Hydraulic Brake Assist (HBA) to quickly activate the brakes; and Hyundai’s Emergency Stop Signal (ESS) system to alert following drivers. In addition, a Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) is also available.
Class-leading crash worthiness
In case of a collision, Hyundai engineers have maximised the protection of all H350 occupants. The all-new bodyshell features 75% advanced high-tensile steel, with a closed-ring structure to distribute impact forces evenly and overlapping side frames to absorb impacts more effectively.
